Parts Shipped in Error or Damaged in Shipping

THE Liftgate Parts Co. must be contacted within 30 days of receipt of the order to report an error or damages to the parts. After inspection, THE Liftgate Parts Co. will issue credit to the original credit card used for the purchase price, applicable taxes and shipping costs for items shipped in error or damaged in shipping. Credit will be issued automatically upon receipt and inspection of the part(s). If only a portion of your original order is returned, credit for the original shipping costs will be pro-rated.
